VALLEY ELEMENTARY ALLOWS THE COUNTY OF SAN BERNARDINO TO REMOVE CHILDREN FROM THEIR CLASSROOM WITHOUT A COURT ORDER OR A WARRANT FOR AN ALLEGED INTERVIEW AND TESTIMONY AGAINST THEIR PARENTS

Valley Elementary in Yucaipa, has allowed a San Bernardino County agency to take children out of a school for the alleged purpose of interviewing said children without their parents being present.

This agency presented false information to the school to gain access to the children, just flashing an alleged identification document to the staff. The agency did not have permission from either parent to invade the privacy of a school and the privacy of the parents. The agency acted without a court order and without a warrant to isolate children from parents, to place children within their custody without a warrant and without a court order, without an adult presence for the sole purpose of obtaining meaningless testimony from children who are under the age of 10.  The agency was not investigating sexual abuse of a child and the child was released from the custody of the county worker and returned to their classroom, after obtaining baseless and meaningless testimony.

The agency worker intimidated the children who are in fear of the County of San Bernardino and their actions. The actions did not have any relevance to any court hearing or proceeding and was completely baseless. Valley Elementary failed to notify both parents of this action. It was confirmed by the school staff that the agency had acted in this manner when the children reported this illicit action to a parent.
