Judge Dale Wells, Riverside Superior Court, is leaving family law.

Sources have confirmed that Judge Wells announced during court proceedings last week that he will be leaving family law. He will be resuming his duties as a criminal law judicial officer in June.  There has been an overwhelming public demand by California taxpayers, who have experienced Judge Wells’ malicious family law rulings, that he be removed from the bench.  A petition has gathered more than 1300 signatures and complaints about his judicial conduct on the bench have been sent to the California Commission on Judicial Performance.

Litigants are encouraged to keep filing their complaint with the CJP.   http://cjp.ca.gov/

  1. THE problem lies with the Chief Justice Tani Sakauye, her collusive AOC, Judicial Council… and yes… the corrupt Council on Judicial Performance… Just like the Vatican did for Pedophile priests, the FAMILY LAW/CPS Industrialists of the largest Judiciary in the world (California) have done the same to enable and cover-up for its fellow racketeers – like the scurrilous, disgraceful and reluctantly disrobed veteran Assigned Judge JACK H HALPIN – the CJ, AOC, JC and CJP, et al, all abscond their soured-salaries to the detriment of the tax payers and protective parents.

  3. Lets hope when Dale Wells is kicked out of Family Court, all the children he stole from their Mothers will be returned.I know they won’t be but that is what should happen .Then again when is Justice ever fair when it comes to children.
